Can you fix this please?

Material in Nomenclature section on Overview tab is repeated many times, for every taxon:

When I click on "Literature" or on "Media Gallery", I get the message:

"Search is temporarily unavailable. If the problem persists, please contact the site administrator."

Well, it has persisted over the weekend until now.

The checklist view at http://phthiraptera.info/host_lice has been completely lost. Although the content has now been restored, the view is gone. The fact that content and views can disappear with such a substantial impact on a site is extremely dangerous as anyone less IT literate would loose complete confidence in the system. Please restore the view, explain how this happened and check that not other sites are affected!

We are trying to add records for c. 10,000 specimens for which we have c. 3,000 collectors. I am attempting to add these collectors as users on our site via the excel user import sheet. However the number of users the site can take seems to max out at 60. Further users can be added manually in the site, but not using a sheet.

an import I ran caused the classification to disappear from view. The file is attached.

Please restore to view all names in the tree. The names are in the excel sheet if you download the populated file.

• Ajax error (see attached) upon saving an edit to any of the taxa included
• a generic error message upon trying to change the position of a taxon within the tree

Today we noticed a couple of glitches on our scratchpad:

1. Privileges for all our users (except me) were reset so no one could contribute, edit or maintain.

2. One taxon was duplicated and re-positioned in our taxonomic structure. Most but not all the content on the duplicate was missing. We are fairly sure no user made this edit (it seems it could have only been me anyway due to the altered privileges).

As of this morning images are displayed twice or trice on taxon pages (under the media tab). Did you possibly change the behaviour of the taxon pages?

Explanation:
When I tagged our images I noticed that an image tagged with a species would also be displayed on the Genus page, an image tagged with Family would also be shown on the Order page, i.e. display included one rank above the rank the image was tagged.

This image is tagged with three tags Species, Family and Class: Scutigera coleoptrata [10135], Scutigeridae [9057], Chilopoda [8805]
The reult was that the image displayed one time each on six taxon pages (Phylum, Class, Order, Family, Genus and species) giving a nice cascading drill-down effect with all images combined. Now the image is shown twice at the ranks Family and Order and trice at the rank Class. The "inclusive feature" now seems to go beyond one rank. I don’t think this behaviour is documented and I am not asking for it as a feature (though it would be a good feature imho). But it would be nice to know what the expected behaviour is before I start retagging my images :-)

I've got a few images (screenshots) that I've added into some documentation section of my scratchpad. Is there any way of excluding them from the media gallery? If not, any suggestions on a workaround? Thanks.

Are the maps shown on the 'Overview' tab supposed to show under the 'Maps' tab too? They don't on my scratchpad, eg.

Hello,
I have imported attributes to existing images using the Excel template. The attribute "Promote to home page" was reset for all images. In my copy of the excel template sheet the permitted value in the drop-down for this attribute is a "v". Setting this value and running the import does not activate the attribute for the image in Scratchpads, it is reset either way. I just tried it in the Sandbox with the same result.

1. Literature export does not export current selection, but random references repeated several times (see files attached for facets Taphonomy [http://fossilinsects.myspecies.info/biblio?f0=im_field_faceted_search_keyword%3A60] and Morphology [http://fossilinsects.myspecies.info/biblio?f0=im_field_faceted_search_keyword%3A45#]

2. Most of the time export does not work at all, displaying error: "Did you mean
biblioth_research_export
Either no literature content has been added to this site, or it has not yet been indexed. Indexing can take up to one hour, so please check back later." This happens constantly in a course of a few days, so the site is suppose to be fully indexed

3. RTF export link appears and disappears randomly

I have 17 media galleries but only 12 show on the gallery page. For example the 'Live flies' are missing. How can I get all galleries to show and how can I change the order?

I just uploaded some 580 images to my scratchpad, then downloaded the template spreadsheet with the image data from the scratchpad, added the information I have, including 580 taxon names (all names in the permitted values list), and uploaded it.

All my images are there and most of the data, but the most important bit is missing - the taxon names, so they appear in the media gallery but not on the appropriate taxon pages. Very frustrating!

This happened last time I added a batch via this method, and I added the names in the slickgrid edit view. But I have images of some 80+ different taxa, so it makes it necessary to edit pretty much one image at a time.

I've only got a few more days working in a concentrated block of time on this scratchpad and this was my big upload of images and really important to get them on the site. They are there but buried!

In Content -> (Files) -> Image -> View
The column "Uploaded date" displays date/time the image was last edited. I would prefer it showed "Uploaded date" to "date last edited" in order to quickly tag new images etc.
